Reporting a bug

Include:

• Your browser and its version.
• Your device: phone, tablet or computer, and the model if you know it.
• The file type and roughly how large the file is.
• What happened, and what you expected to happen.

Some results are by design: metadata is removed, animation is not preserved, and very large files can fail on devices with little free memory. See how it works.

Your images

You never need to send the image itself; a description is usually enough. OfflinePix never uploads your files, so we cannot see the one that failed. If you choose to attach a sample, it is used only to reproduce and fix the problem and is never shared.
